Either do a job and hold select and the inventory then cash then share with friend from last job and choose who and how much to give them or you could set a bounty on them and kill them and share the job money with them

You cannot just give him cash.
You can share him cash from a job you and him did, that is all.

Lets say you do a job that give $4000, when the job it over, you can send him a maximum of $4000.

No you cant, Rockstar has taken that option away. They are "trying to find a better cash system"
