Like any other serious organization, there are specific steps that must be taken in order to ensure that UES is getting the best and most qualified members. More than likely you have heard something about UES. That is why you are here.

Universal Emergency Services is constantly looking to hire people who take role-playing seriously. We are looking for professionals. With that being said, we want individuals to treat our recruitment process seriously. Your application is the first official step to your recruitment process. This allows us to see who you are and learn a bit about yourself. We want you to take your application seriously and treat it as if you are applying for a job.

Upon submitting your application, we ask that you allow seven business days for a response to be made. This response will be made via email or Xbox Live. If you receive no response after the seventh day, your application has been denied.

If your application is accepted, you will need to be interviewed by UES' interview panel. This is an oral interview and must be done through an Xbox Live party. Interviews can be anywhere from twenty to forty minutes long.

After your application and interview you are sent to our academy. UES' academy is nine days long with two hours each session. After you graduate from the academy you can begin to join patrols.

Upon completing the application and interview phase of our recruitment process, members are sent to Universal Emergency Services Police Academy. Our police academy is the most prestigious, informative, and hands-on academy throughout the Grand Theft Auto role-play community.

Cadets will spend extended periods of time learning basic and advanced fundamentals to policing. Cadets are taught on various subjects ranging from case law, radio traffic, and law enforcement procedures and techniques.

Aside from orientation on day one; cadets spend ninety percent of their time partaking in hands-on activities from team-building exercises all the way to interactive scenario training. This is our most proud achievement.

With nine sessions total and two hours each session, seventeen of those hours are spent running through numerous amounts of scenarios in order to ensure that cadets are aware of all possible situations that a law enforcement officer could encounter. These scenarios are the same scenarios that real officers are taught and run through when going through the academy.
