Basically it's your own mods for online but it's currentley patched! Here's a list of things you could of done;

1)kill pedestrians and get 30 million
2) rob a store and get a billion and share cash from last job with friends
3) lose cops and go up loads of levels
4) play races like criminal records and get 375k RP and 600 million for one lap!
