rockstar doesnt have the power to be able to ban you from xbox live per say, they could ban you in gta online or put you in the cheaters pool though.

possibly, people have been yes. but thats for hosting money lobbies, please use this at your own risk. don't take the piss out of rockstar thats when you get band.

I was able to connect to the 72.8.176.22 DNS, if working, I'll tell you.


EDIT: Robbed a store, nothing happened. I got default RP and Money. Not working for me.
