Saurik (cydia creator) had no time to develop cydia or anything for this iOS 7 Jailbreak, he stated on twitter that the current untether will need to be updated for what he has to work.
Pod2G also stated to stay away from it until they update if you rely on Mobile Substrate

UPDATE: Some People are reporting it is bricking their Device.
Tom Richardson (who is a famous you tuber tweeted that is iPhone 5 is now bricked.
My iPad Mini is stuck on the boot logo for about 15 min now.

UPDATE: If you OTA updated to iOS 7.x , restore and update with iTunes before jailbreaking!
also, Wait for Packages to updated if you don't want to be in a boot loop.

Worked fine for me, you might have selected something wrong.
I'll be staying away from certain tweaks though.

I don't think you can "select something wrong" As I know what I am doing,
Pod2G tweeted out the source of many peoples problems is because they OTA updated to 7.x. Which i did a while back.
I am freshly restoring my iPhone 5s, and will jailbreak soon after.

I never doubted you, but you have to select your firmware when you download the program.
I did it and it worked fine.

Just restore the iDevice then re-do the Jailbreak process.
