This mod you can do yourself I have tried it and it is legit. Post legit if it worked for you. Some people have been having problems but here it is. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
How to do it...
First go to the site. Second go to your xbox System settings>Network Settings>Your Router Wireless or Wired>Configure Network> DNS Settings. Thirdly click on Manual and put Primary DNS to what the website say's.
Fourth it will disconnect you just connect back to xbox live. Fifth go to Gta online. Then on the gtadns.com it will tell you how much your passive mode will be if it is the same on the xbox and pc then you got it. To mess around with rp and stuff use 2000 to x2000 any rp or stuff you get.

You put how much times you want lets say your rp so you put 2000 for it and then when you get rp in the game it multiplies by 2000.

did you put in the dns right. many people do that wrong. Do this put the dns in. It should log you offline. Then connect to xbox live. Then type what you want or leave it as is. After that go to GTA online. (may take awhile)... TO see if it worked it will tell you how much $ passive mode will be.
