I passed level 1,000 and now I'm level 1, what do I do?

Is this even possible? Why would it reset you, theres no prestige in this game haha.

I was level 260 and I did a race and got so much to that I went to 1,000 and then I did it again and I got put to level 1 now I can't rank up
