I am about to finish setting this up, however the values aren't very specific... When it says bounty is it referring to the money you obtain from killing a person with a bounty or to the highest bounty you can set? In the cash section, is that for any money that may be obtained? In other words, would simply robbing a gas station work? Thank you for your time!

Ya I tyred it but wen I set a 10,000 bounty it sets $0 on them what do I do help or wen I rob a store it gives me 300 dollers and my rp stays the same

Sweet only working editor and it is a multiplayer so say you put cash to 100. It will x100 of what ever money you get in game... Make sense?
