OK i've gotten a few complaints of this not working, the ONLY reason that is happening is because so many people are trying to do it at the same time, stop for a few minutes, go do something to keep your mind off of it, come back, rinse and repeat if this doesnt work, if it wont work after multiple tries either rockstar patched it or there is something wrong on your side.
