Are you dumb? The 16203 dash is unable for the the jtag modification to work.

I read the first post and realized that kid doesn't know what he's talking about, so I'm not going to bother reading the rest. You're able to R-Jtag it or RGH2 it. Jtags are for 7371 and earlier. The original RGHs are for dash 14699 and earlier. R-Jtags are for dash 15572 and after (phat only obviously). So RGH2 or R-Jtag. The R-Jtag is a discontinued product but some places still sell it which it's recommended for phats.
