hey i am looking at getting a gaming pc but are struggling with trying to find an affordable gaming pc that could play decent games without any problems.All so i was wondering weather overall if a pc would be better than console.if you could help me out on this i would much appreciate it.thanks

Pc is better than consoles in listless amount of ways

    Graphics
    Gameplay
    Mods
    Community
    Game Prices
    Etc

The only thing is that from my experience more friends decide to play console

could you recommend a gaming pc to buy that is under 400 or under $500 ?
