I recieved hacked money of upwards to one billion dollars three days ago. I sent in a ticket for I was afraid to get on the cheaters pool or banned. Pro star closed my first ticket so I sent a second one and still havnt gotten a reply after three days. Can I just spend the money or will I get banned please help

i have no clue i submitted a ticket like 1 week ago, got a reply on Saturday and the still haven't done anything, i have also spent like 20 mil of my money.
