Before you start this tutorial, there is always a risk of a ban, maybe even a console ban,

If it doesn't work try "162.243.212.96" as the primary DNS instead of the original one

Text Tutorial:
1. Make sure you're on the Xbox dashboard.
2. Scroll over to the right and click system.
3. Then click Network Settings.
4. Then click on what type of connection you have.
5. Next click on Configure Network.
6. Go down to DNS Settings click it and then hit manual.
7. Then go on Primary DNS Server and change it to "23.228.235.159" and hit done.
8. Then go on Secondary DNS Server and make sure it is set to "0.0.0.0" and hit done.
9. After finishing that you will be signed out so just sign back in.
10. Go back on Grand Theft Auto and let the story mode load up.
11. Hit start and go to the Xbox Games Store.
12. When it loads up you should see the Collectors Edition say free.
13. The first time you click on it, it will say credit card info couldn't be recieved.
14. If it says that click ok and then click on collectors edition again.
