There is a clarification on the Rockstar web site proving You will only be put into cheater's pool for an extended period of time. Take a look at the link provided. Hope this helped everyone worried like myself.

Will not result in a ban huh? Is that why it tell's me I've been banned from participating in GTA Online when I try to play? Had to make a whole new profile just to get back online. If you are dumb enough to continue hosting after you've been placed in the cheater pool then you deserve to be banned.

One your not interfering with the console so no console ban if you have a ton of account bans but not likely millions of people are using dns servers there's no way Microsoft is gonna console ban millions of xboxlive rockstar confirmed a month or more in cheater pool that's it

^This guy is smart...everybody who uses the dns ( modified ) server is actually breaking the code of conduct ( network manipulation ).This can cause an console/account ban.
