when my rgh power up it has two lights at the bottom an then it goes to the top and keep doing it

The two lights usually mean a power issues make sure you're brick is all plugged in. Then restart console

but it didnt happen till i flash the kv i bought from stealth

Bad NAND flash, most likely a bad KV. By the way, you don't need to flash KVs anymore, you can just move it to the root of your HDD and they'll flash it for you

If it doesn't even boot into Xell then you need to use a NAND programmer to flash a new Freeboot NAND to the console

They're around $40 each and I don't recommend buying one just to reflash a NAND. You also need to know how to solder pretty good and it'll cost you quite a bit of money to get the supplies. I recommend just sending it to someone who can do it professionally, and it'll be cheaper and less risk of destroying the console
