Not necessarily, if you put everything low and do this slowly per say put every x50 or lower you wont get caught im level 467 and have $3,243,234,234 and have not got band for 6 days pretty sweet haha they will never catch me.

Apparently (What i've read) for this you have to change the primary and secondary to two different codes and then try to sign into xbox live if it works then go ahead and insert the values then enjoy...
