no there is nothing wrong with your cydia, do not worry

Yes, you will need to restore VIA ITUNES to 7.0.4.
Do NOT restore via your iPhone.

I've got an iPhone 4S running on 7.0.2 and every time I try to open safari, mail, and weather it kicks me out of the app. Is this happening to anyone else? Should I redownload the jailbreak?

Just a bug with evasion. You'll need to restore via iTunes. If you want, restore and update to iOS 7.0.4 and re jailbreak.

I'm pretty sure it will help. Keeping up to date with iOS's are the best thing to do.
