Well since you're on 7.0.2, backing up really won't do anything, since you can't restore from a old backup from a old firmware.

its the same firmware, you cant restore a back up from ios 6 when youre on ios 7.

Unfortunately Mobile Substrate isn't updated for ARM64 devices. Last time I checked, only flux works on iPhone 5S's at the moment. But don't worry, Cydia and Mobile Substrate will be updated soon
