pretty sure you need stealth for this ( i could be wrong)

it doesent matter about the dash its the title update that matter and yes to do this online you need stealth

You need to be online and the only GT editors that work for BO2 use xam.xex. Just use an actual GT editor, the 16537 ones also work for 16547.

Editing GT using xam.xex is actually really buggy.
Use Desolation, I'm pretty sure it has a GT editor...
