So Recently I was ban on my retail at the same time I got my rgh. What did not make sense to me is I have another retail on the same connection that is still fine and the rgh had never been on live until after the console was ban and even the default KV on that was fine.

After contacting microsoft I was told I must post on the forums to appeal a console ban and I did. This is what they told me.

This Xbox Console has been permanently suspended due to attempts to extract account information from other players and/or attempts to use the Xbox LIVE service for commercial purposes. This conduct was discovered in your profile, your activities, and/or your communications.

The conduct that caused this suspension may include, but is not limited to:

- Asking for another player's login, password, or personally-identifiable information

- Unauthorized Gamertag recovery

- Offering to trade Xbox LIVE or in-game services for Microsoft Points or money

I thought WTF since I never asked for someones login, recovered someone elses account besides my own or even used microsoft points. Then When I told my friend about it He reminded me of when I was messaging him about sharing the cost of a game server. Could This be why I Was ban? Why the **** does microsoft care what I do in my personal life? I never even talk to people online, usually just the people I know outside of xbox and I dont even play xbox more than a few hours a week. WTF MICROSOFT
