No you just have to rest router and delete tital update and download it again

System settings, then press Y on the device/ hard drive, then clear cache, also delete the gta update if your leaving or joining a dns.

It just deletes game updates. Nothing to worry about, when you next launch a game e.g call of duty you will need to update
