These are for sure incorrect. I know for a fact that over 1 million people died in Auschwitz so these numbers are no where close.

That could easily have been faked, but I personally don't believe that the number of deaths was anywhere near 6million

How could you know for a fact though? was you there when it happened? Did you count every single dead body?

just to clear it up there was experiments done on people in the concentration camps, look it up theres pictures of what happened etc! most of the scientist that conducted the experiments along with the leading scientists in other areas of expertise were brought to the usa under operation paperclip or to the soviet union, or some that fled before the fall of the riech went to south America.. but not all were burnt and experiments were conducted on them

My German is real rusty, but I'm going to say that the numbers represented here are either for a certain study or are completely misunderstood.

The number 6,000,000 has always been a rough estimate. Although the Nazis were extremely good record keepers there is no way of knowing the true numbers of the people that were killed for the "Final Solution".

Remember that the number accounts for not only Jews, but also for others that were deemed "undesirable" such as Jehovah's witnesses, homosexual, Communists, people diagnosed with mental retardation (I hate that term, but that is the term that was used), Gypsies and other ethnic groups. The posted list also fails to account for several of the "Extermination Camps". The link below also shows an estimated number of people executed per camp that I believe is more accurate.

The number 6,000,000 also includes all of the people executed outside of the camps.
When the Warsaw Ghetto was razed.
All of the villages that were wiped out during Operation Barbarosa.
All of the stories of men being shot in retaliation for actions of the "resistance"

There a few articles out there that details the formulas that they had to determine how many people they could go through per day per camp. That was the reason they went to the gas chambers instead of just shooting people.
