Haven't seen anyone with conclusive proof of them being banned. But that doesn't mean to say that come 2 weeks time there wont be no bans. You know that there is always that risk. You will never know 100% whether you're going to be banned or not until it happens.

Yeah, quite a few people actually; they get banned of the server's I cannot show valid proof right now but look on youtube.

No, and no one will be banend Rockstar has no access to actually ban or console ban your account, Only microsoft has that capibilaty but microsoft has there own problems them self, The worse that will happen is you will be in the cheaters pool, or reset account you wont be account banned 1000%

I got the ban for online, I was Online and it kicked me into a cheater lobby, classed me as one, I reset dns came back on after clearing cache, said I'm banned from gta online, made a new account

you did not have to make a new account use udls server he has anti cheater pool

If I use DNS server for like 70 levels ( no money ), then I close it, will I get banned ?

Your wrong there buddy, look on youtube I just saw a vid. It's rockstar's game! They can ban you if they want, Microsoft don't care, but Rockstar can't get you console banned. As I heard.

when i try to join online all i get is "The Rockstar cloud servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later." this worries me a little..
