Actually, it might not be down. Some people are saying it is working & some aren't. It just might not be working for some people because of the traffic it's getting. So I'm not sure if it's 100% down.

Type the DNS in & it should sign you out. After that, clear your system cache, sign back in, & load up GTA V. Go to single player first & then go to online.

Once you type in the DNS & everything you just go on GTA V & rob stores, escape police, etc. If I was you, I would start up Criminal Records. That seems to be the easiest way to earn RP.
