Hey guys ive always wanted to buy/build my own pc.. and i dont know where to start... ill have about 1,100 budget and i cant buy online just because i cant really trust it....

The shops i can buy some is like... Future shop.. Best buy... (Walmart Idek if they sell computer parts LOL) and yeah... hope someone can help me...





(and i dont know if its possible to buy a pre-paid credit card and put the amount i want in it and buy stuff online?)
