Purchase your team on Xmas day between 6:45pm and 7:30pm as the market will be at its lowest point then because of the totw (Xmas + totw will make a huge crash and there will probably be a happy hour) . But SELL THAT TEAM on the 30th and buy it back on the 1st of January. At that point you should make a minimum of 150k if you buy a team worth 1 million
