I really want to get into one so I can get the dunce cap but I've been blowing up people's cars and killing them and all I've gotten is a warning. any advice?

Keep doing that or get a friend to keep bring cars out of his garage until you get into it

You will not get the dunce cap, the only way you get the dunce cap is cheater's pool, Also the only way you get bad sport is if you can not afford to pay for the vehice you blew up.
