Minecraft, every Cod Below MW3, Skyrim, All Halos, The Sims, Fable, and so on; you can get quite a lot of good games for that price.

The 2 Fallout games are amazing. Each of them are under 20$ and the Game Of The Year editions of both (again, cost less than 20$) come with all the DLC.

Fallout 3 is a bit older, but the graphics aren't bad. The style is a lot like Skyrim, but with a darker theme and not magic and sh*t.

Fallout: New Vegas, I haven't played yet, I am actually planning on buying it this week after Christmas. But it got a better review than Fallout 3 did, so it must be better.

It depend on what your interested in, for COD I would recommend MW3 or Minecraft is another great alternative. Just snoop around you'll find something good.
