Go to the dashboard change DNS to automatic, then clear system chache and you should be fine.

If you used the DNS method then just change it back from manual to automatic.
If not, clear your system cache.

Clear system cache and en restart your xbox. Of still doesn't work clear system cache and delete title update. Restart your xbox and load gta and download the update again!

Go to DNS settings, from Basic Settings go to Additional Settings then press A on "Restore to Factory Defaults" That is the correct way.
