Ok so basically Gta 5 is run by cloud servers right? So every time you go on GTA it collects data from the cloud servers and puts them in the game. Someone decided that they would mod the files in there and now if you change your DNS settings to a certain code you can connect to the modded one and it takes all the modded files and puts them into the game!

i would either put it into a savings account and save it for when you actaually need it or buy a new pair of shoes
