I got my rgh yesterday i goto turn it on it boots normlly but it ask me to update i say no and when i go into xex menu it ask to update i say no it ask again i say no then it takes me back to the dashboard

i need to update but without going into xex menu i dont know how

Please help

You're obviously new to the RGH world, do what freshh said. XexMenu has nothing to do with updating your dash.

What dash are you currently on? check in system settings/console info. Is your avatar showing?
If you are on 16537 and the avatar doesn't show then get the same update from Microsoft and apply it.
NEVER apply an official update higher than your current dash.
