i have modded my rank to 117 but i can't call merryweather or lester because the areent in my phones contact list. how do i fix this? anyone know?

You just have to wait a little while, it goes faster in an invite only session.

They both came into my contacts even though I glitches but it takes a while. Also I have merry weather but it says I need to unlock it even though I'm a high enough level!

They normally call you when you pass the level needed

I had the same problem, Check your MAP always for the letter L and T the letter L unlocks Lester, T I'm not so sure. When you get requests to do Job's accept them. I found out the hard way, by waiting it out. This way will be much easier. Hope I helped.

You have to do the trever and lester missions after that u should get a call every 5 minutes
