Hey there guys, I finally got my PS4 today. I set it all up and everything and turned it on to the correct HDMI channel, but it came up on my TV that there's was no signal from the PS4. I turned my PS4 off by the socket because it refuses to turn off when I hold the power button for 7 - 8 seconds. I can't seem to turn off the PS4 manually, the white or orange light won't even appear but the blue one keeps glowing and it doesn't change colour. It also won't even recognize the controller. Do you have any idea on what the problem(s) may be an how they can be fixed so my PS4 appears on my HDMI channel?

If you look at the HDMI port on the back of the console, do you see anything in there blocking anything? If that is OK, I would plug it into a difference HDMI port on the back of your TV. You also need to get the charger cable for your controller and you need to plug it in directly for the console to register the controller than after setting up your PS4 you can unplug it if you choose
