I started to install Forza and my xbox's fans went loud but it just says install game still?

Either take it out and try again or restart the Xbox may just a minor bug

Took out my disk and it's been ruined, like circular patterns around the disk..

Call Microsoft and have them send you a new Xbox, I wouldn't deal with stuff like that if mine did that. It should have a 1 year warranty

Yeah it wont install anything and randomly keeps going to 'settings'
