Heres what happened, I used the dns mod on my second character on gta online, i had the rp set to high it went to 1000 so i left gta online then went to the dashboard set the dns back to normal, i deleted the second character, now i get the timed out error on my first character.
everything looks normal on the socal club everything is still showing up.
it is not a console ban, I can switch profiles and all my other characters work fine after i used the dns.
its not a profile ban, I can still play other games no problem.
I made a ticket on the rockstar site not bringing up the anthing about the dns mod( which was not used on my first character at all anyway)

any idea how to fix my gta profile?

Go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and unlink you XBL/PSN account from your Rockstars Social club! tell me if it worked.

I'm sorry i wish i could help, i'm having the same exact problem myself and i'm clueless on what to do, if you find a way to fix it, will you please let me know, i'm getting really bored without GTA Please and Thanks... Merry Christmas BTW

alright might need to turn off console if it doesn't work the first time but after you start it back up it should be working!

go to social club/settings/linked accounts/hit unlink where it showes your gamertag
