If Iphone #1 is using MiFi and is streaming out wifi to Iphone #2, then Iphone #1 is using up data from their data plan and Iphone #2 is technically on WiFi so it's not using up data.

EDIT: If none of your tweaks have been working, delete Mobile Substrate and reinstall then try installing all of your tweaks again but make sure these tweaks have been confirmed working. For example "Winterboard" if installed will make all other tweaks stop working and delete them from the settings page.

If few of you dont know the source for "Bootstrap" its repo cydiahacks com the spaces should be replaced with " . " dots.

I can't find Adblocker anywhere?

Things that don't work from this list (running iphone 5 ios7.0.4)

Moviebox: this works but when you click on to watch a movie it says - unavailable.

Zeppelin: this got installed and was on my settings, when I chose an emblem, I clicked home button and it didn't work, I then resprung my device, still didn't work

Flaticons: this theme got installed into my winter board, and I tried ticking various things, when resprung this still didn't work
