Find the exact # of RP you need (example: level 1000 is 47478300)You subtract the amount of RP you have now from the amount you need.Then you divide whatever the answer is by 100, and round to the nearest whole number.You put that as your XP Multiplier, and then you load the game, and lose a 1 star wanted level.Done, you may still need to earn a very small amount of XP, like 10-20.Start a survival game and kill like two people to rank up, then quit: If you want to lose a 2 star level instead, then divide it by 200, and if you want a 3 star level, then divide by 300...
