Well this is all a made up place, so it doesn't really matter if it is snowing in other places. Because, it is snowing for me right now, but is in the game. They could just go with when it is snowing where the creator of R*/GTA is, or just make it snow when they feel like it is right.

Snow Mobiles :O they will act as the snow equivalent of the quad oh that would be awesome.

Snowmobiles would work perfect in this scenario, the only problem is that people would not be likely to surrender a garage spot for something they can only use at limited points in time. I'll still suggest it to R* though!

You could go to mount chilliad, the building at the top there could be icicles and once you shoot them they can become a melee weapon. bit grim i know but hey its gta for god sakes

I can picture this right now! Skis, snowboards, sledders, rescue snowmobiles, search and rescue helis, a shop accustomed to buying ski apparel and gear, SKI LIFTS, and maybe a Yeti or two.


Just an idea! Please, if I've forgotten anything that goes with a ski resort, just quote me!
