Hey guys i have found a solution for you not being able to talk to your friends while playing xbox one while they are on the 360. So if you have a xbox 360 with a hdmi out port and a spare hdmi cable laying around you can do this
1 Set up your xbox 360 like you normally would and put it by your xbox one
2 Instead of pluging your hdmi cable from the 360 into the tv plug it into the hdmi in port on your xbox one
3 turn both console's on and say xbox snap tv or you can manually snap to the tv feature if you have not set up the tv feature on your xbox one do so, now once you do that you should be able to see your xbox 360 screen
5 invite your friends to a party or private chat like you normally would on xbox 360 once they get in you should be able to talk to then
6 exit out of snap and play your game on the xbox one
