Did you mod your character to a non legit level and money? If not then you're probably good. Just lay low and stay off DNS modded servers.

i gave my character some money thats all, i did not level myself up, and i did it when the DNS servers first came out so i think im good

I'm pretty sure if you play friendly and don't bother people you have no reason too bother you unless you're just blowing money all day. Don't spend too crazy to draw attention and don't tell people. Get commended in the game and play lots of missions with other players and you'll be ok.

i play invite only with friends they also did the DNS, and all we play is invite only, do missions and race

If you got rid of the money then that might be a problem because spending LARGE amounts of money might grab R* attention and check your character. But i'm not so sure about that. My suggestion is to just lay low for a bit and hope for the best!
