My gaming edition 1 used to do that. I found a out that it was the connection between my TV and pvr. Try changing the cables or it might be that your pc isn't faster enough

Try to clean up your PC to make it faster, Make sure everything is hooked up right, also make sure nothing is broken.

Oh one more than have you got the golden Ypbpr cables? If you have then make sure one isn't snapped or bent mine were. If they are straighten them up
