I have a rather good connection at 30/40Mb/s download speed and 2/3 upload. But everything for Live still runs slower than anything I've ever seen. Plus the fact that it says I can't go party chat well over half the time and then when I finally do go party chat it kicks me out 5 minutes later. Is there any reasoning behind this since I have a stable connection?

It may just be the weather or something around your area that may affect your connection e.g the way your house is facing

It could be that the service is being strained by all the new users due to the holiday season. I have had mine since launch night, and up until a day or two ago mine has been working pretty well.

Maybe the weather or maybe there is alot of people online because of christmas alot of people have got it
