That's an... Interesting build.

Why did you buy a separate heatsink?
That PSU is a bit old, and it isn't 80+ bronze.

Other than that it's okay.

I wouldn't overclock it no, your choice of the CPU cooler isn't very good. I'd of gone with a Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler.

That board.. You won't be able to overclock very well if not at all.
