Ok so on my Xbox One when I go to the store on 2k, I can purchase items but I can't see what anything looks like it's just a blank white square for everything.

Any suggestions?

Quit the game and restart it. Or just may be the 2k servers

Either there is A Problem with the 2K Servers or your own connection may be bad

Yeah I got TWC too and it sucks playing 2K everytime I play Crew or Blacktop I always have a freeze frame lag.
