Most likely yes. But cheaters pool isn't such a big deal.. it's the only flaw is that you can't play with anyone else but cheaters or yourself (Which I recommend doing in order to get out of cheaters pool).

Yes, you probably will be put into a cheaters pool or be reset to your original rank. Or you might get lucky and might be ignored and get away with it. In personal opinion you will most likely end up in a cheaters pool for a few days. But nobody here can tell you for sure, take everything everyone says here with a grain of salt.

It's a lot easier for R*'s cheater detection system to detect someone who's level spiked from Level 30 to Level 600 unlike with money there can't be many variables of what happened, you either glitched it or modded it and most likely because of this you've been logged in their system and will receive a penalty. However you might still be able to say someone invited you to a modded lobby and leveled you up without your consent but you'll probably still be put into a cheater lobby. But lets hope that penalty isn't something to be worried about too much.

Why? What are your stats? If you just modded once then you'll only be put into a cheaters pool.

Doesn't make sense. Then they should ban everyone that has ever gotten into a cod lobby, licensed transferred or changed their game save on rdr or any other game.

How does it not make sense? If you report a jtag user to Microsoft with solid proof they would be banned in no time..

GTA is right you can pretty much ban anyone off xbox live if you have good proof that they have violated the terms of service

Rockstar wont do too much. Theres too many people modding. The best thing they could do is just patch it fast. Maybe stop it before it gets too bad.
