You will need some sort of internet browser to do this (Tablet, pc, phone etc.)

When the window loads you will be see a very user friendly user interface, with modding literally as easy as dragging some bars around and checking some boxes

You can now check the boxes you want, and drag the Health Multiplier bar, the XP Multiplier bar, and the Money Multiplier bar to your likings.

When you have completed the mods you want scroll to the bottom and hit save. A small dark window should now take up the page. Click anywhere along this dark window to close it.

Now go to your xbox. Start it up and from the dashboard go all the way right, then to settings, then to storage. Now hover over your hard drive (Or any other storage device you primarily use) and click "Y". From here click "Clear System Cache" Once that is done press "B" a few times until you can see "Network Settings". Now click your current connection. (This can be done both wireless and wired) Click configure network. Now go down to "DNS Settings". From here go down to manual settings. Now in both the Primary AND Secondary type in 5.135.59.1. Then click "Done" It should now disconnect your from Xbox LIVE. Simply reconnect

Start up GTA and go into single player first. From single player your can go into and invite only game or just jump straight into a public game. Your mods should now be on and ready to play! Enjoy

Once the mods are active they will stay active until your clear your cache

To remove the mods go to system settings, network, configure network, DNS settings, automatic, then once again clear your cache.
