Im fighting alduin and i use the dragon rend shout to bring him to the ground but when i go to attack him he wont take any damage +++ rep if you can help me on how to kill him please guy im on the ps3 console if that has anything to do with it?

try reloading save or auto save

I had to reboot my console everytime I died
It's stupid, but that worked for me
