Processor is a little old but should be okay, what sort of graphics are you using?

You should be fine, I have a Graphics Card that came with a family computer, and it works. They let you lower a lot of settings, and it's worth.

You can check yourself, if you bought it on steam go to the store page of it and scroll down, it will tell you the minimum specs for it and the recommended specs for it

The 650Ti is a decent card, it should be able to handle games, just not at their maximum settings.
