If you downloaded ios 7 or later over the air then restore your iPod or iPhone before you attempt to jailbreak. Don't forget to make a back up.

1. Download.
2. Connect Device on PC.
3. Open Evasi0n7.
4. Sit back & relax for 5min.

You have to restore on iTunes if you downloaded OTA though. If not you're going to get stuck on boot loop.
