Price should be around 500$ if that is your budget? I find these parts to be reliable because I do own half of them and so far I have had no problem with any of the parts

It's a much more intellectual choice to get an AMD FX 6300, considering that you get four more cores than that of an i3. Also, that i3 you recommended is previous gen Ivy Bridge, this socket is obsolete and the most current one is Haswell with the LGA1150 socket.
